Pre-Pour (Foundation)
Before concrete is poured, we inspect formwork, reinforcement, vapor barrier, drainage slope, and plumbing rough-ins. Mistakes here can lead to cracks, shifting, and costly repairs later.
Pre-Drywall(Framing/Rough-Ins)
This is the most critical stage. We check framing, windows, roof decking, and rough plumbing/electrical/HVAC before insulation and drywall cover them up.
Final Inspection
Before closing, we inspect roof, attic, insulation, plumbing, electrical panels, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and safety systems to ensure your home is truly move-in ready.
